UK Customers
Standard postage and packing for delivery within the UK is £3.95 per order. We aim to despatch all orders where goods are in stock within 24 hours of receipt (we do not despatch on Saturdays or Sundays). Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 working days from despatch.
If you need your order very quickly, we also offer a Guaranteed Next Day Delivery Service at £6.50 per order. This service is available up until 12 noon daily, Monday to Thursday for despatch the same day. Delivery will be the next working day. Orders placed between 1pm on Thursdays and 1pm on Friday using the Guaranteed Next Day Service will be delivered on the Monday following the date of the order. Orders placed between 1pm on Friday and 1pm on Monday will be despatched on Monday for delivery on the Tuesday following the date of the order. Please select the Guaranteed Next Day option during the checkout process if you want to use this service.
If you are in the armed forces and require goods to be sent to a BFPO address this is charged at standard UK rate regardless of the destination – delivery times may vary.
Overseas Customers
Postage to overseas addresses is charged at cost. Please contact us on 01865 883061 or email to admin@meandmycar.co.uk to confirm the delivery costs and to place your order. Overseas orders cannout be accepted through the website as we are unable to automate the delivery charges. We apologise for any inconvenience but will come back to you by return to process your enquiry.
Returning goods
Everything you buy from us is covered by our "No Quibble Guarantee." This means if you are not 100% satisfied with any product, for any reason, you can return it to us for an immediate exchange or refund of the order value. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
Return via Royal Mail Standard Delivery – this is usually the cheapest way to return goods (unless they are very large or you are returning more than one item). This option requires you to re-pack your goods and take them to your local Post Office where you will need to purchase stamps to cover the cost of the return. We always suggest that you obtain a Proof of Postage just in case the parcel goes astray.
Don’t forget to include your invoice so we know who the parcel is from.

Please allow up to 7 days from the day that you return your package for us to process your exchange or refund. We aim to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.
