Described in 1953 as ‘the greatest Le Mans victory of all time’, the record-breaking win was achieved by Duncan Hamilton and Tony Rolt.

To create this shot, Peter worked with LSF 420 (originally 774 RW) in his London studio. It was a rare opportunity and resulted in an image that captures perfectly the beauty of the C-Type and Peter’s unique style.
