Schylling Race Boat No72

A classic clockwork tinplate racing speedboat from Schylling. Powered by an outboard motor wound with a key. The No72 boat contains a pilot and co-pilot in white overalls.

Each tin model starts as a flat sheet of metal which is printed and then cut into many separate pieces. Each piece is then formed into its final shape by passing though numerous tooling stations until its final shape is achieved. These separate pieces are then hand assembled to create a single finished product.

Please note that this tinplate classic is not a toy and is not suitable for children. Age 14+
