Vic Elford 1968 Monte Carlo T-shirt

The Monte Carlo T-shirt is based on an original painting by Austrian artist Nicolas Hunziker.

The Monte Carlo Rally was first run in 1911 and was designed by Prince Albert I of Monaco to demonstrate the developments in the automobile. Allowing for 2 breaks for world wars and one on 1957 due to a lack of fuel coupons for rallying the event has taken place every year. In 1968 the event was won by Vic Elford and David Stone in a Porsche 911T. An absence of snow made the event especially suited to the fast Porsche.

The heavyweight T-shirts are made of 100% pre-shrunk cotton and feature a taped neck to shoulder seam.

This range is now discontinued and only limited sizes are available. Sorry for any disappointment.
