UK Customers

Standard postage and packing for delivery within the UK is £4.95 per order and is delivered by Royal Mail on a tracked 24 service. We aim to despatch all orders where goods are in stock within 24 hours of receipt (we do not despatch on Saturdays or Sundays). Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 working days from despatch.

If you need your order very quickly, we also offer a Next Day Delivery Service at £6.95 per order via Royal Mail or UPS. This service is available up until 12 noon daily, Monday to Friday for despatch the same day. Delivery will be the next working day. Please select the Next Day option during the checkout process if you want to use this service.

If you are in the armed forces and require goods to be sent to a BFPO address this is charged at standard UK rate regardless of the destination – delivery times may vary.

Overseas Customers

Postage to overseas addresses for small parcels is charged at at £19.95.  If your parcel is larger than 1.5KG in weight and more than 90cm combined length width and depth additional charges will apply. These charges will be advised to you and accepted before we ship the order. Customers should note that additional charges may apply on receipt of the order due to tariffs and customs charges. All non-EU overseas orders are now shipped ex-VAT.

European customers please note that following the Brexit agreement  we have an IOSS number in place. This means that all orders under 150 euros are despatched customs and duty free. VAT is charged at your local rate. Orders over 150 euros wil have customs charges and VAT applied at the time of delivery.

Returning goods

Everything you buy from us is covered by our "No Quibble Guarantee." This means if you are not 100% satisfied with any product, for any reason, you can return it to us, witthin 28 days,  for an immediate exchange or refund of the order value. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Return via Royal Mail Standard Delivery – this is usually the cheapest way to return goods (unless they are very large or you are returning more than one item). This option requires you to re-pack your goods and take them to your local Post Office where you will need to purchase stamps to cover the cost of the return. We always suggest that you obtain a Proof of Postage just in case the parcel goes astray.

Don’t forget to include your invoice so we know who the parcel is from.

Please allow up to 7 days from the day that you return your package for us to process your exchange or refund. We aim to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.
