Classic Racing Car Shortbread Biscuits

A lovely gift for the motoring fan, delicious shortbread biscuits in a drum featuring Jim Clark in a Lotus.

The artwork on the drum is by renowned motoring artist Robin Bark and as they feature a famous Scottish driver it seemed only appropriate to use this image for our luxury all butter shortbread biscuits.

Jim Clark was a Scottish racing driver for team Lotus from 1960-1968, winning two Formula 1 Driver's championships. At the time of his death following a racing accident he held the title for the most wins (25), most pole positions (33) and the fastest laps (28).

Ingredients : Shortbread : Fortified WHEAT flour (calcium, iron, Niacin, Thiamin) Butter 32% (MILK), Sugar, Maize Starch, Salt. Allergens in capitals.
